This is a great place for a family reunion or vacation. We went in July and there used to be a lot fur everyone to do and enjoy. Spa is also very nice.

Everything was clean and updated. There were so many amenities and things to do . The body wash and shampoo they provided was top notch. The room coffee was good. I especially enjoyed siting out on patio , drinking coffee and looking at the lake.

Beautiful yet comfortable property. The most friendly, helpful and efficient front desk staff! Enjoyed the restaurants (lake or pool view) and the most well stocked gift shop ever! Golfed at Majestic Oaks on the property and it is beautiful. All the staff at the clubhouse were friendly and helpful too. Shoutout to the beverage cart gal Chloe. She is also friendly and efficient and fun to talk to.

When he first pulled in the resort is so big and the entrance is beautiful I was stunned at how many buildings and how much land was this resort had. Checking in was very easy and the staff are also so friendly. I would definitely come back here again. I would just definitely bring bug spray next time. The pool is very nice and they have pool service for the restaurant so you can spend all day at the pool. Overall, I would say that this resort was a 10 out of 10 experience.

This place was great for my family of five - kids 8, 12, 18. Lots of options to keep everyone busy! The arcade was fun and pools were nice! 1878 was a FANTASTIC! Very good food and drinks and we had a party of 9 including 4 kids and it was very enjoyable. The lookout for lunch was also very good and accommodating. During the evening after 10 at the lookout has live music or karaoke on the weekend and it was a great time - very attentive bartenders. I would absolutely recommend a wedding here it was beautiful by the lake for the weddings!

This is our favorite place to go for the perfect getaway. We have stayed there numerous times and have never been disappointed. The grounds are immaculate and oh so beautiful! The rooms are consistently clean with all the comforts you would need! Love all the charging options for our electronic devices! We’ve been there every season of the year and it’s always top notch! And let’s not forget the front desk and wait staff! Again, so pleasant and helpful! So park your car and enjoy the magic of this historic place to relax and be well taken care of.

Everything seemed clean and well kept. The resort is cute and everything you would expect from a lake resort. Overall the property is dated and the pools are too small for the crowd size around the 4th of July weekend. The lake has a ton of seaweed and algae resides around the perimeter of the lake. The restaurants are above average and we had a blast at karaoke night. Overall a 4 out of 5!

Darling little place! People couldn’t have been friendlier. Food at restaurant and drinks at bar both great. Rustic feel which I love, but there was a birds nest with droppings on our patio which I could have lived without. Overall a lovely stay!

We live nearby and had a power outage after a storm. We’ve never been before so we booked a night. Our family of four had a blast. Had a great dinner and breakfast on the property. My son caught his first pike off the dock and my daughter had a blast swimming in one of their outdoor pools. The property and room were spotless. We will be back!
