"Very disappointing stay. The room was nothing like what was shown in the photos online. It felt old, worn out, and had a slightly musty smell as soon as we walked in. The pictures on the website set a completely different expectation from what we actually got. What really frustrated me was the room situation. "The room was quite austere and the hotel was very tired. Not worth the price. The location was very good though and the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"In a great central location by the trams and shops. Our room was lovely, and very comfy, but I found it strange that there was no mini fridge!!
