"Really great hotel to be based at for our visit to Liverpool. Lots of bars and restaurants below on the street. We had a room facing on to Castle Street. Hotel extended us to late checkout of 1pm which was fabulous. Air con wasn’t located conveniently in the room, but it didn’t get too warm. We had to get two lifts to our room, which were set apart. Added a bit of fun to get in and out each day (think this may be two original buildings integrated, so the lifts to each floor are separated). No...

"So utterly dissapointed in this hotel.. had been looking at it for a while and decided to finish my holiday here.. wish we had not stayed, the staff are very polite and the evening meal was good quality, tbe selection on the menu was quite restrictive but my selection was excellent.. Breakfast was such a dissapointment for me, I always go for continental, all that was available was a slice of cheese, two slices of salami and there was one croissant left.. no more available..fruit salad was...

"Hotel was a convenient walking distance to shops and bars. No frills, but works for a quick stay. Only issue we had was half our room did not have power. Front desk thought we didn't know how to use the outlets so they came and confirmed. Said someone would be by to fix it. Several days later we still didn't get power restored. Very inconvenient and the front desk staff didn't seem to care about getting it resolved."

"Location was great. That's the only positive thing I have to say. The room was awful. i've never stayed in such a small room in my life. We couldn't turn around, there was no where to get ready, it was dark, no shelves to put things on, only one tiny space between bed and wall. I felt like there was no air in the room & felt so smothered. It wasnt a nice experience in the room at all & unfortunately i won't stay again i can't believe what price i paid for what I got. Very disappointing"
