"Reception staff were great, really friendly and checkin was quick and easy. In the room our bedside lights did not work, so had to have full lights on all the time. Toilet door did not have a catch so needed to lock to keep it closed. Window wouldn't close and was open all the time, good job it has triple glazing. Not enough tea making facilities...only enough milk, teabags and coffee to make 1 drink a day per person. Castaway bar... great service, good food really tasty."

"Small windowless room, but I knew that when booking. Perfect for a solo traveller who only wants the room to sleep in. Excellent location, good value for money "
