"A lovely hotel with lots of character but in need of some tlc. Room was very small with a very small bed for two people. Window wouldn’t open so a bit stuffy. Even though I checked in online the girl on reception seemed a bit clueless as she kept saying I need a reference number of my email and to enter on the self check in. "We liked the central location of the hotel. Queen Bedroom was comfortable and clean. Good air conditioning. Staff were helpful and smiling. The breakfast was excellent. There's no car parking with the hotel but a discounted rate was given for Times Square car park 10 minutes walk from the hotel."
