"Nice clean and well appointed room. Friendly staff. Parking a hassle though - there's a small car park over the road which was full each evening, leaving on street (in a bit of a dodgy location) or other paid parking nearby. Good selection of restaurants nearby."

"Have stayed there at least 5-6 times in the last 4 years (and I stay there for 8-10 days at a time). It’s my go-to when I’m in the area. Property is great, features are good, great transportation access, good staff. Now that I’ve stayed a few times the (very) little things start to bother me. They could do with upgrading the in-room TV entertainment experience, and I’m noticing the room cleaning is starting to slip a bit (carpets with old stains, non working secondary lights etc.). "Very dated. No usb chargers or even plug points near beds. Bathroom very old and feel dirty, even though they clean, due to how aged and worn out they are.

"Parking was good but I would never stay again, staff were nice but really seemed not to know what to do with complaints. Towels were small and thin so seemed old, small hand towel had a large hole in the middle, bathroom apart from being small had not been cleaned, toilet roll was nearly finished so obviously used by previous guests, shower had lots of mould and as I had no option other than to use it, had foot spa as water didn’t run away as it should down the plug hole .
