"Great location for the hotel to be close where you want to go. Walking distance to the places we wanted to visits. We were there for 2026 Pokemongo Fest Chicago- Grant Park. So, it was an excellent location. Room had a view of the river/water. Room was very spacious for a standard double bed room and very much affordable when booked ahead of time. Would stay there again."

"Location in West Loop is fantastic, a block away from Whole Foods and a number of great restaurants in Greek town. The staff was fantastic in addressing our needs immediately including a clogged sink and sliding door that came off the tracks. The infrastructure is a bit old and outdated. The only complaint was that we had requested a crib, which the check-in staff had reassured us would be in our room. However, it was not there when we arrived. "I would not recommend this hotel. The property was extremely unclean. There was a dead bug on the AC unit in our room, and the bed was in poor condition, which forced us to request a room change. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. There were old mattresses left in the hallways and even a couch sitting in the parking lot. The entire place looked neglected and felt more like the setting of a scary motel than a hotel. Cleanliness and maintenance clearly are not priorities here....

"Hyatt was ok. I initially booked after my flight got cancelled, and I saw they had an indoor pool. The pool was small, the water was cold and you couldn’t even use the pool unless you didn’t mind children’s swimming lessons ,according to the sign, take place every night until 8pm, which is when the pool closes. On the listing, it showed breakfast included, but it’s included if you pay for it. The room was ok. The bed was comfortable."
