"We arrived late in the evening. Got to our room to settle in. Pulled back the covers and there were VISIBLE stains on the white sheets. Called the front desk and was told there are no housekeepers on duty and we had to come to the front desk to get a set of sheets and change our own sheets! Did that, went to take a shower, NO HOT WATER! Someone came to FIX that, still not water. The diverter to turn on the hot water was broken. Had to pack up and move to another room. New room...couldn't open...

"The best three parts were: a wonderful bed, a clean room, and a great location. This great historic hotel needs a little freshening up. Fresh paint where needed, and the hallway carpets should be cleaned or replaced. Overall, a great hotel, and I will stay there on my next trip to Chicago."

"Para mi, la ubicacion vale oro, este fue el caso de este hotel, su ubicacion es perfecta para poderse mover para todos lados, a pie, metro o bus. En general estuvo todo perfecto. Lo unico, que en verdad no fue para tanto, es que las ventanas no estaban muy limpias por la parte exterior y no permitia disfrutar al 100 la excelente vista que tenia nuestra habitacion. Fuera de eso todo estuvo genial."
