"Staff went above and beyond. We had to add two extra nights due to illness. They were fully booked but managed to juggle things around for us. We had to move room but they were extremely helpful in arranging that for us. Thank you"
"This was a truly lovely place to stay. I love the heritage style and homey - yet stylish and clean - atmosphere. I've stayed here a few years ago, and I would stay here again. It's a great place to call home during my time in Dunedin. The room is a generous size and very comfortable - including a very comfortable bed, fresh beautiful linen, and a handy kitchenette. The bathroom is great, with a nice shower and tub for baths. The location is good - in-between North East Valley and the city...
"Great place! Room very comfortable, private bathroom and shared kitchen. The owner lives in site very friendly and made excellent Mexican dishes. Will definitely be back!

"Good size for our family and good location. Room was very musty smelling and had a faint smell of smoke. Cigarette butts were left on the door mats and around car park. The sheets are velvety and strange feeling so had to sleep on top of the top sheet. The court yard area was dirty and had rubbish in it. Wifi was pretty poor and although there is a big sign out the front for Netflix it didn’t work on either of the tvs."
"Close proximity and good walking distance (10-15min) to many cafes and restaurants.
The room is spacious snd clean. Love the bed, comfy and slept so well!"
