"Amazing air conditioning in the Italian heat! We went in the summertime and it’s close by to everything. The hot tub was also nice! Would stay here again!"
"Rooms were nothing like what was displayed on Expedia website. Room was old, tired and not great. Marked walls, no backing on curtains, safe not bolted and cold be physically lifted, closet was merely a curtain hiding a hanging rack. Misrepresentation of what we paid for - not a great customer experience at all. Don’t trust Expedia websites or poor customer service. Tried seeking a refund but got nothing. Truely woeful and will never use or trust Expedia again - don’t use them ever."
"Would have liked box(es) of tissues in room. We used extra TP roll (we had colds).
Streetnoise not a big problem, except a siren now & then.
Bed VERY firm. AC system worked well.
Good restaurants on Medina, which our room overlooked. We tried 3 of the 5; enjoyed all. Alas, the very nearby area seems to be a Gelato shop "desert." But ask at desk: easy walk to large market so fridge in room very handy."
"Wow, what a hotel! This place was fantastic. We stayed for 6 nights, and the staff were so kind and helpful. The best place we stayed in our 2 weeks in Italy. The location - for the Amalfi coast - is excellent. The bus stop is right out front. You can also walk 3 minutes to another bus route, but walking from the hotel isn't for the faint-hearted. The room was nice, clean and had everything we needed. The front desk was super kind and helpful. The restaurant - and their staff - were also so...
"Excellent location which was just out of the chaos on the main tourist street but a straight and easy walk. Also close to the old Marina Grande and the ferries to everywhere. Perfect for day tripping."
"room was very dirty, did not look like the pictures, the toilet flushed very weird and overall not a good stay. Staff were as helpful as they could be."
