"Great hotel, located in the center of Sorrento. We had 4 members in our party and the rooms was spacious for all of us. The hotel is steps from restaurants, bars, and stores. Peter’s beach is about 15 min walk, train station at a 6 minute walk. Helpful and friendly stuff. Breakfast included starting at 7:40 am."
"Unfortunately we had an emergency, my daughter was admitted to the hospital and we missed the check in. We originally had the reservation for 2 nights. We asked for a refund or credit and the hotel has declined the request. Even though it was a case of emergency, we had the pronto soccorso paperwork to prove it, the stuff I talked to several times over the phone gave us the same answer every time :They never give refund exceptionally only in case of death. "We spent our first 2 evenings of our honeymoon in Sorrento and this was the perfect spot to be. The room was perfect with everything we needed, very clean and we were very thankful for the air conditioning! We enjoyed the breakfast one morning and were not disappointed - it was great. Location was easy to get to (we took the stairs from the ferry port and it was a workout for sure, we found out later there is an elevator)

"This was a great property and value for a three star hotel. There was a snack bar with drinks by the pool, and helpful, nice staff. The AC was very strong and water pressure and temperature were great. About a ten minute walk to the center of town. A great value all around."

"Everything was perfect! It was a great location - Marina Grande has great restaurants and the hotel is also only 15 min walk from the main area. The bus station is also right there to take to the main area if you don’t want to walk. Staff was super helpful regarding questions of learning the bus system and recommendations on things to do. The breakfast was also excellent. Will definitely be coming back!"
