"Front desk staff very helpful and on top of transfers. Kitchen lady was a very rude little old lady. Wouldn’t even let me get a coffee 15 minutes before breakfast opened and all food was out and we were leaving for an excursion. Deck by pool is great but pool is very old and basic. Front of hotel looks really nice but sides look like it belongs in a war torn city. Air conditioning is ok not great at all. Very good views. Great sandwich shop and market just up the road to walk to."

Lemon garden restaurant was beautiful, and the pizza was amazing. great price for everything. staff were very helpful. we stayed at 5 hotels on our trip through France and italy and this was our favorite, best bang for the buck. We will definitely stay here when we return. the only down side is location to restaurants, you are minimum 10 minute walk to anything good (besides the restaurant on...

"This hotel was in a great location. You could walk to the beach, to the overlook of the beach, to all the stores and amazing restaurants. The breakfast was good. The hotel was spotless and the staff was very nice. The only thing I disliked was that the room was very very small. I know they have larger rooms there, but by the time we booked, all they had left was a smaller standard rooms. We would definitely stay there again, but next time book a larger room."

"Staff was very helpful and polite. Needs to be updated. You can feel the springs in the mattress. Sorrento was my favorite town so far. It it a little out of the way but a bus stop is directly in front of the hotel!"
