"Ground floor room was close to car park which did cause some noise which disturbed us night and morning The room was very small with only a walking edge around the bed We have stayed here many time and there are nicer rooms available so I suggest you book direct with hotel "

"I was really impressed with my stay. My room was spacious, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom shower was excellent. If you are tempted to stay, ignore any negative reviews as it's really nice here. I didn't hear any other guests moving around. I used the spa facilities twice and found everything clean and tidy. The pool is small but was adequate for a decent swim. I will definitely return."

"I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) "
