The hotel is very clean, super comfortable beds, and an easy, convenient walk 15 minutes to downtown Savannah. "The staff were awesome…and whomever made the grits, they were divine! Our only issue were the plantation blinds on the 1st floor room were not sufficient to drown out the landscape lights near the windows, but we worked it out. I don’t recall that it was on the hotel listing, but they had social hour Mon - Wed with free wine/beer. We almost missed it! Great hotel near everything!"

"We only stayed for one night, but had a very nice experience. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The property and room is kept very clean. Breakfast in the morning was ok, both hot and cold choices. The only reason I didn’t give all excellent on the review was that the beds were a little uncomfortable and the room we were in was directly next door the a very loud ice machine. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again. "

"Beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. Location is close to beginning of River walk.The hotel has bikes and umbrellas to use which was a big bonus as we used both. The room does have coffee but they charge you for it downstairs in morning because you have to get it from their restaurant. Wish they would have had some out in lobby for hotel guests free of charge."

"We'd read a lot of conflicting information about this place. Some people complained about construction updates, or the Valets, or whatever. We didn't have any problems when we were there. The staff and valets were super nice. The breakfast was great, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. We'd highly recommended this place for a stay!"
