"Clean , easy access to broad street and the arena / symphony hall Breakfast lovely but very hectic ."

"Room very clean but a little dated yellow walls & furniture Kettle - element broken/burnt TV - no channels available/not working Staff at breakfast - exceptional. Very welcoming and helpful. Staff at check in / check out - not the best. Its the little things e.g. ask if would like to book breakfast, I had to ask after check in process. Check out - did not ask if everything was ok with our stay."

"Well appointed hotel in city centre with friendly, professional staff"

"Overall the hotel is very old and rundown. But for the price and location you cannot complain. Definitely book elsewhere if you’re looking for a more comfortable experience."

"The rooms were clean and good size, ideal for kids. Location was good. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly."

"The shower needs remedial work. There were no bath towel nor hand towel in the bathroom. There was a musty smell. However the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very pleasant"
