"We had a lovely stay at the apartments. Everything was great. Apartments themselves were great, we had paid bit more for the one with aircon. Just to be aware there are lots of stairs to get to rooms. Lift everywhere so you can always get to it but it takes time so we mostly walked as we didn’t mind that. "There was no one available at check in and the self check in didn’t work. No cleaning service throughout the stay, no extra towels, and no extra toiletries. "This was our 3rd visit to Idyll Suites and we are not normally people to return somewhere. Pool deck and sun beds are awesome, restaurant is great & right next door is a small supermarket and a handful of restaurants. We took the bus to Mogán a couple of times - the stops were 200 metres from the hotel. Room was excellent and balcony perfect. Really a wonderful hidden gem on Gran Canaria (& the transfer by taxi from the airport takes about 40 mins.) "
