"Great ambience, good location, small room but manageable"

"The staff were excellent at all levels, which shows they were well trained at all levels. Whatever I requested they made sure to provide without any issues and were timely. I asked to replace the feather duvet with a non allergenic replacement and they did it very quickly. The amenities were good. Could have used a microwave but this wasn’t critical. The check in and check out were excellent Food was excellent both at breakfast and dinner. Location is excellent- easy access to the train...

"I had a great stay. I wish i had been able to get decent heating in my suite. (Heating was controlled entirely by an central system.) Every evening was cold."

"Excellent hotel with an easy check in and check out process. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If your desire is to stay in Roppongi Hills or near Ginza, this is a great place to stay! Be aware that this is a populated area with noise, traffic and crowds -- especially at night. Nothing too severe, but it's a environment for nightlife. If you love shops and restaurants, then this hotel easily accessible to all of those things. I stayed on a very high floor (Floor 12) and did not hear much...

"Excellent for solo travelers. Not a big room, but a nice place to sleep and rest in between your explorations of Tokyo. If you plan to be out most of the day, this place is fine and easy to stay at."

"All good"

"This hotel is very well located. Walking distance to the train station and shopping centre The room is clean and quiet In our room the air conditioner is facing the bed and blowing cold air straight to my face. Trying to set the cold wind to weak, didn’t succeed. asked the receptionist to help, she could only turn the air conditioner off. Wouldn’t either change a room or change the strength of the cold air. I got sick after three days sleep in the cold air that was blowing into my face. We...

"清潔な客室であった"

"The hotel feels very new and somewhat self-serve. There are people in the front lobby, but they are there mostly to help you navigate the self check-in kiosks. There was a large queue of older European travelers checking in before me and they seemed to struggle with the self check-in process, and so it made for not the best first impression of the place. Once checked in, I found my room to be really small, but not atypical for Japan. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable and well...

"Tienen buenas amenidades"

"Rooms and bathrooms were extremely small."

"."

"Limited eateries nearby."

"Not much in the hotel not even room service, only one restaurant in the property, overall not bad but I won’t stay there again and above all that staff were not super friendly just okay to do the job but meet and greet didn’t seem to be part of the job at all. Good location for luxury brands shopping"
