"Parking very difficult to access with a big vehicle. Breakfast was good. Juan did an excellent job always busy and friendly. While a young girl with long straight black hair was chewing gum not a job look and im sure not company standard. Especially being part of a chain. "

"We stayed a Saturday night at the motel, room was very clean and tidy. Itcwas missing the toilet roll holder but there was a note on a stool explaining this and an apolgy. There was also a note saying the Students can be very noisy through the night and ear plugs were supplied. This was certainly true. Still enjoyed our stay and the restaurant across the road was a bonus. 😀😀"

"We were very grateful for the manager for his help when we had trouble getting into a car park which wasnt big enough for our car . Good to get a room in the block that has a lift . We usually stay here when we stay in Dunedin . Close to shops and restaurants . "

"Located near the beach. Easy to get to and well equiped room. Very clean and comfortable. The shower curtain is half an inch too short so water got on the floor easily and the plug in hand basin flips itself shut so I did have an overflowing sink in a moment of distraction"
