"The hotel was in a good location, close to the train station and a 15 walk to town square. We stayed there before going on a cruise. When we were there they had significant renovation work going on, which was very noisy and started very early in the morning.
Also, contrary to many of the reviews we read on line, we found the breakfast very underwhelming- basically bread and pastries."
"La réservation sur expédia indique qu’il y a un spa avec eau thermale comme « amenities » dans l’hôtel ce qui n’est pas vrai du tout. Nous avions réservé la pour cette raison. Le spa avec eau thermale est l’édifice voisin qui n’a rien à voir avec l’hôtel et c’est un genre d’hôpital où on doit consulter un médecin pour accéder aux eaux!!! Quand on vient pour une nuit et que rien de tout ça est indiqué c’est très trompeur. Malgré ma discussion avec la réception ( invoque une erreur de traduction...
"We loved the location of this hotel. All of the historical landmarks are within walking distance . The hotel is amazing and interesting. Built in he 1400's as a home for a wealthy family. Huge beautiful Murano glass chandelier, frescoes, wood beamed ceilings, huge rooms and common areas, delicious breakfast included, a restaurant and bar."
"Ottima struttura pulita e accogliente. Unica mancanza è l'indisponibilità del parcheggio auto che è indicato disponibile ma in realtà si tratta di parcheggio libero in strada. Il titolare cortesemente ha spostato la propria autovettura per lasciarci il suo posto in strada. Grazieeee"
"Lontano da centro abitato, quindi per mangiare o prendete l'auto oppure vi fate arrivare del cibo con varie app. La colazione..un po' scarsina, e piccolino anche l'ambiente, se siete in 10 si fa la folla :) il personale è cortese, a il check-in molto veloce. parcheggio dietro la struttura, comodo davvero. Camera ampia, due bottigliette di acqua a disposizione free, molto gradito da parte mia. . "
