Staff was great. Restaurant was good. Breakfast was more than ample. First floor entrance, and restaurants are very clean. Biggest complaints were that we booked this hotel as it was non-smoking, and people were smoking in their rooms and the staff could do nothing about. There was also an issue with the air conditioning and was told that some people were cold or that the air conditioning made too much noise, so they decided to shut it down every single evening. We were very hot every evening, but didn’t find out about this until we were leaving and complained. First floor needs renovation. Carpets are dirty in hall. Shower could’ve been scrubbed down better. Overall, it is a nice hotel.

Great hotel

It was a great hotel. Very nice to find complementary coffee and tea in the room , and bottle water. Nice feature , build in tv in the mirror. Breakfast was very good , a lot to choose from. The area was les interesting to go for a walk , but I did not go there for site seeing .

Avrei dato 5 stelle, ma purtroppo sono capitato nella camera 112, dove la doccia cambiava la temperatura dell'acqua in maniera autonoma, passavi ogni 20 secondi da acqua tiepida/fredda ad acqua bollente. le luci erano un po difficili da accendere, premevo il tasto e dopo 2 secondi si spegnevano, sono andato cosi finchè non sono rimaste accese. Per tutto il resto niente da dire.

Ottima esperienza di soggiorno, hotel molto bello, abbiamo avuto modo di soggiornare solo per una notte ma devo dire che tutto è andato a meraviglia. Stanze silenziose, ottima colazione e a tal proposito personale del bar fantastico. Una delle signore è stata super gentile. Per futuri viaggi in zona tornerò sicuramente. Unica nota negativa, purtroppo nonostante avessi selezionato l’opzione pagamento in hotel al momento del check in, a fine agosto una settimana prima del mio arrivo mi è stato trattenuto quasi l’intero importo e a oggi non mi è stato ancora rimborsato nonostante in hotel io poi abbia provveduto al pagamento effettivo. La struttura ha poi risposto prontamente e mi ha spiegato che può capitare e che bisognerà attendere qualche giorno ancora. Consiglio quindi di procedere direttamente con il pagamento al momento della prenotazione per evitare inconvenienti. A parte questo piccolo intoppo soggiorno a 5 stelle, struttura super consigliata

Ok mellanklasshotell

Stort hotell med konferenskänsla utanför Forli. Värdelöst om du inte har bil. Serveras ingen lunch, servicen var lite sådär beroende på vem man träffade. Trevlig takpool. Synd att de har rökhörna, inte så fräscht. Underbar takterrass för middag men den var bara öppen två av sju dagar övriga fick man äta i trist frukostmatsal. Oinspirerade frukost med varm yoghurt och trist bröd. Rummet var helt ok, varken mer eller mindre. Finns ingenstans nära att gå och handla mat, ingen buss eller annat utan har man inte bil är man beroende av taxi. Vilket var dyrt eftersom de tog betalt från Forli centrum och inte från hotellet där vi blev hämtade.

Naja. Auf den Pflegeartikel war noch das MakeUp von den Vormietern. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Schild, man soll die Fenster nicht öffnen wecken Mücken. Bei 3 Personen mit Hund ist die Raumtemperatur dann bei molligen 30 Grad. Also mal schnell bei der Rezeption nachgefragt und die Antwort bekommen:Klima geht nicht. Machen Sie das Genster auf. Das hat dann zwar Temperaturtechnich geholfen aber der Warnhinweis mit d3n Mücken stand nicht umsonst da (und ja, wir haben vorher überall Licht aus gemacht). Bei gefühlten 100 Mücken im Zimmer sollte man vor seinem Aufenthalt zur Sicherheit 0,5 Liter Reserveblud dabei haben und mit Schlafen ist dann auch essig. Alles in allem waren wir eher enttäuscht. Auch für den Zwischenstop auf der Fahrt nach Süd Italien werden wir zukünftig was anderes suchen. Schade eigentlich.
