"Clean room"

"Great place to stay! I stayed for 2 nights for my solo trip to Zermatt. Staff was super helpful and nice. Room was great. I checked out before hitting the slopes on my last day. They stored my luggage, and i was able to take a shower in their downstairs shower next to the ski room. This was amazing after a day on the slopes. Felt great showerinf before getting the train back to Zurich. The food at the resturant is great as well."

"great big rooms in great location with nice view what i dont like is the hotel sighn is too small and not clear"

"Wonderful place!"

"ゴルナーグラード鉄道の終点にあるホテル。 マッターホルンビューの部屋は満室だったので、モンテローザビューだったけど、モルゲンロートは外で見られるし、星空と氷河もみられる。マッターホルンビューだと氷河は見られない（と思う）。 朝食、夕食付きだけど、味は普通。美味しくもないし不味くもない。 食事よりも景色重視なホテルかな。"

"Zimmer schon abgewohnt, Preis-Leistung passt nicht"

"We enjoyed our stay at HB hotel, we did have a little trouble driving to the property but a quick call to the hotel staff directed us quickly."

"Room was clean and spacious. Nice to have breakfast included. A few mins walk from The train station, a bit farther walk past the stores"

"Really great experience staying in Zermatt! Medium distance walk from the train, still very easy. They do offer transportation for a very reasonable fee. My room was advertised as having a Matterhorn view, did it ever!! I opened the curtains, and there it was! Perfectly framed in the doorway. I could see it from the bed as well. Very generous breakfast each morning. Lovely patio with abundant flowers. I will definately stay here on my next trip to Zermatt. PS, They have apartments in the...

"Lovely hotel, great location and perfect for visiting Zermatt! We arrived at the hotel later in the evening and found it to be in a very convenient location, just a short distance from the train station where you can catch the shuttle train to Zermatt. Parking is also available at the hotel, which was a great bonus! We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the hotel had kindly arranged a lovely little display in our room for our arrival. It was such a thoughtful touch and made...

"The staff was extremely helpful. We had a late check in due to the German trains being delayed. The staff upgraded our room and made us feel welcomed. The room was lovely and well appointed. The view was gorgeous! The breakfast had many options and was delicious! I would definitely recommend this hotel."
