We were here only for one night, location is good right by the tasch terminal.. we were here because we drove and parking was free here. Next time i would prefer staying in zermatt, zermatt is better option.

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of delicious options each morning. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us with arranging shuttles and transportation. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”

AWESOMENESS and affordability in Zermatt

Great location, awesome breakfast choices, friendly staff. It is one of the closest hotels to Zermatt and the hotel offers a less expensive ride to Zermatt itself only 10 minutes away

Staff were fabulous, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good. Short 5 min walk to station. My room was in the second building. Room was very clean but tired fittings and decor. Shower a disappointment - no thermostatic control, very high water pressure, shower curtain sticks to you constantly. Didnt get a chance to use spa or the free parking. Ok for a short stay.

We enjoyed the value accommodation and it's proximity to the Zermatt Shuttle. The included breakfast was perfectly respectable and fed us well. We found there was little in the way of comforts other than the bed in the rooms, but appreciated the small balcony. Train noise might be an issue for very light sleepers, but was acceptable for us. I would say the underground parking requires sprucing up as it is quite foreboding right now.

It's in a great location very close to the train that takes you to Zermatt. There isn't much else in the neighborhood except a few restaurants. The property is clean. The room was fine. The shower was great! Breakfast was very good. I didn't see any "spa amenities" so I can't speak to this at all.

Lovely hotel, great location and perfect for visiting Zermatt! We arrived at the hotel later in the evening and found it to be in a very convenient location, just a short distance from the train station where you can catch the shuttle train to Zermatt. Parking is also available at the hotel, which was a great bonus! We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the hotel had kindly arranged a lovely little display in our room for our arrival. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay feel extra special! The room was comfortable, although there was no kettle or fridge provided. However, there is a kettle available in the lobby that guests can use at any time, day or night, which was useful. Breakfast was lovely, with a nice selection of food and drinks to choose from. We also enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from the breakfast area, which was a lovely way to start the day. There isn't a huge amount to see or do in Täsch itself, but the hotel is an excellent base for anyone planning to explore Zermatt, thanks to its convenient location and nearby transport links. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really appreciated the thoughtful anniversary surprise. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you're planning a trip to Zermatt!
