"The good thing is its just across the Vienna Main Train station. Staff was not helpful. There was no mode of communication in the room to contact the staff.
I had to go the reception to ask for iron. They keep on saying it will come in 10 mins even after going multiple times downstairs. After an hour, I had to go without ironing my clothes. But even when I came in the evening, nothing was there in the room. Regarding amenities, you will only find handsoap and shower gel in the room. TV is very...
"This was a great hotel! Amazing breakfast, updated room, super nice staff.
My only issue is that you can hear everything through the vents of the room next to you. We were on the 6th and the couple next to us kept us up for hours fighting about something. If that could be fixed I would say this place was excellent!"
"Great location close to the train station, close to the metro/subway. Rooms were clean, staff members were friendly, very accessible. Breakfast was good. Would recommend to everybody"
"Amazing room, great check-in experience, and a lovely location—almost all the tourist attractions were within biking distance. Free luggage storage after check-out was much appreciated—thank you! This place felt unique because it was thoughtfully designed to handle the entire process without a reception desk. Well done!"
