"There are 2 moments to rate the staff. The person who did our check in refused to give us 2 key cards. No helpful at all . In other hand the person who was at the front desk the day after was an amazing person. He was very helpful, very nice. We give him 10 stars!!! Congratulations. "I really enjoyed this hotel. The room was very nicely organized and homey. The room included little snacks which is lovely. The breakfast is very good and includes options for vegans. It is also well located, close to a metro stop and a short walk to shopping. The best part of the hotel is the welcoming staff. This is a great spot for a short visit or a long visit. I would have liked to stay longer. Thank you!"

"Continental hotels often have the same smooth finish slippery shower trays. I stubbed my toes several times sliding on shower gel suds. Not a major issue and I'm probably in the minority but it reflects my thoughts."

"We were in Milano for a football match. This hotel was wonderfully located, half hour walk from San Siro and a 10 minute walk to City Life, shopping mall. The area is gorgeous with tree-lined streets and the breakfast provided was delicious. The hotel also has a parking garage so there is no need to stress about finding parking along the street. Would highly recommend this hotel. "
