"After several attempts to contact unsuccessfully the hotel to get the shuttle schedule I finally got through on the phone. The shuttle service offered is extremely limited which they FAIL to mention on their services. Uber cost 16.80 euro 1 way. Although it is a new hotel and one would expect it to be clean, it was, there was only one, 1 ! towel in the room for 2 persons. The last shuttle in the morning is 9:45, check out is at noon, so how does that work? And if you have an early flight, forget it. Or a late flight. Could not get on internet. One needs to go downstairs and scan a bar code - was in my pyjamas already. Called reception, no answer. The reason is the management in their wisdom have one person answering phones, doing check-in and serving coffee and drinks. LOVELY reception that are dealing with a multi task situation that is not sustainable. So if you think you are saving money think again.. add Uber, no coffee in room and I suspect more issues on the way. "

"Really nice spacious room, comfortable bed and great shower. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the hotel is in the perfect location for metro and city centre. Liked the breakfast bag left at your door every morning! Will definitely stay again."
