"The person at the customer service when we checked in. He checked us early probably knowing that we were very tired and sleepy after a long flight. Most of all he personally came to inform us in the lobby when the room was ready. He also helped us get a taxi. God bless him."

"I was supposed to stay here for 9 nights, but I left first thing in the morning after the first night and went to a hotel. The beds were actually air mattresses with one small blanket, and there were no lockers or anywhere to put your belongings except in the room, where they got in the way of others or could be stolen. Between people screaming their heads off in the middle of the night and pushing others, the broken shower, and the disgusting toilets, I would recommend sleeping on the street...

"Excellent stay at this centrally located hostel. The shared room was spacious and very clean with 2 lockers for clothes and bags (you have to bring your own padlock). The lounge offered different spaces for single individuals and groups which made it easy to chill out. The breakfast buffet included cereals, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tortillas, breads, fruits, juices, cheeses, churros and hot drinks to satisfy most if not all tastes.
