"We were greeted with a smile on our arrival, and it was a good start to our lovely relaxing break. Staff were helpful and friendly. We chose to eat at the hotel on both evenings of our stay. There was a good selection of food,the quality and quantity was very good and was in our opinion very good value.."

"Our 2 night stay at the Tyn-y-Coed Hotel was very enjoyable. The room was spacious & extremely clean, as was our en-suite shower room. The king size bed was comfortable and we had plenty of pillows, so relaxing was easy. The Mountain View was awesome to wake up to. The food in the restaurant was delicious & fresh, and the staff were very helpful & efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making our visit to Wales so enjoyable and stress free. "

"I had a great stay at Y Pengwern Hotel. The room was super cozy, spotless, and had everything I needed to feel right at home - perfect for winding down after a day out. I really appreciated the extra heaters they provided—perfect if you like the room toasty and warm. The view from the window was absolutely stunning. It looked right out over the mountains, and catching the sunrise and sunset from there made the whole trip feel even more special. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, which added to the relaxed, welcoming vibe of the place. I’d happily stay there again!"

"Comfortable room with en-suite toilet & shower. Pleasant staff, bar prices very reasonable. Good atmosphere in pub areas. Food not bad, (cheese sauce on nachos not good) Would recommend as a good base for surrounding attractions."
