"Great location, right in front of the beach and east access to everything within the centre of Llandudno. The room was a great size, plenty of space. We weren't advised about having to pre-book a parking space at the hotel so we'd to find spaces out front or in a side street. There were spaces so not too stressful. The lift is very snug and corridors very narrow to rooms. Our room was facing the beach and under the main bar / restaurant area. We were woken up 5am to loud music coming from...

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was great value for money. Hotel was clean, the staff were superb, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was of great quality. Hotel slap bang in the middle of the town, so great position. Nothing at all to grumble about. Whilst we had no parking problems in May, it could be difficult to park at weekends and in peak season. There is a big car park 5 min walk away."

The restaurant downstairs was homely and all the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The view from the room was stunning and the road outside is quiet. Would love to stay here again! "

Off street car parking (if you time it right). Pleasant & Helpful staff. All in all, a pleasant stay… only let down by idiots staying that feel it’s OK to let doors slam, scream and shout at midnight in their rooms, and a big thanks to the occupant of Room 204 who felt it acceptable to shout ‘GOOD...
