"This was sadly an unpleasant experience! If you’re looking to enjoy room service you won’t be able to they said there’s only one person working you can order walk a pick it up yourself! The smell when you walk in is horrendous is smells like sewage! Our bathroom door wouldn’t shut! They were kind enough to move us to another room! It’s dated with marks on the walls and towels dingy with holes in them torn absolutely unacceptable!"

"Appreciated having a first floor room close to the exit. Room was comfortable. Everything we needed was provided.."

"Great place to stay in. Like the new renovation done to the rooms, however would recommend to have electric sockets on both sides of the bed for charging devices."

"Poor hot water, broken elevator"

"Perfect place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful!"

"All good"
