Hotel is was very clean, parking was available at NO charge, you can purchase breakfast on site, if are gold or silver honors member I believe you get two meals at no charge. We picked this location as it’s about 10-15 to GCU. The area around the hotel appears to be safe. We would definitely stay again.

Staff were helpful and facilities were clean. Room thermostat was locked at 69 degrees with outside temps reaching 108 degrees room never got comfortable.

The hotel staff were wonderful! However, the parking lot is not convenient to the front door of the lobby and the side door was always locked. The walk to the elevators is extremely long, especially when you can’t walk long distances. The room was cleaned daily, but crumbs and debris were left on both days, the second night, there was blood on the pillowcase. The bathroom amenities were ok, but never had conditioner refilled. There were rust stains in the shower from the curtain magnets.

Clean rooms. The layout of the building was nice, Breakfast was good, would love to have something other than orange juice to drink. The Ice machine wasn't working on my floor. With that said I received plenty of ice when I asked for it! The tub in my room didn't drain well, so while taking a shower, I had to stand in water.
