"This is a nice hotel/motel ideal if you are sailing from Plymouth or arriving back on the ferry. The room was spacious enough for 2 and very clean. The bed linen and towels snowy white. It has a nice bar and we were made very welcome, we had our evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant both were well presented and very tasty. I would definitely recommend."

"Great stay. Wheelchair access good except for harbour entrance. The tank trap trench, filled with pebbles, in a corridor??? Just brilliant for catching your power chair. Had to get guests to help me out."

"The staff are very friendly. I booked for only 1 night. The hotel doesn't have car parking, but this didn't bother me. The room was clean. Very simple hotel, but I enjoyed my evening. Thank you. "

"The hotel was very good but when we went out one day. On getting back we went to the bus station. The staff at Holiday Inn told me to get a green bus and ask for Holiday Inn. But none of the bus drivers knew it. I tried three green bus drivers, and they all told me it was on Honiton Road. But that is another Holiday Inn & I had to get a taxi to get home in the end."

"Stay way lovely. Hotel right in the middle of Exeter, walking distance from shops and places to eat. Rooms finished to a high standard with lovely additions. Rooftop bar perfect for a relaxing drink. However the breakfast was a letdown and not worth the money with items missing and sausage that where off We would definitely stay again without the breakfast "

"To be honest we were actually dreading this stopover as 3 days prior to this stop we had the misfortune of staying at Niort Ibis Hotel which really you shouldn’t be plugging! ( report explains everything that was wrong). So to be late off the ferry, like several others and greeted so well, the lass in charge couldn’t do enough for us. I believe she got the chef to do a little extra time so we were able to eat. Marvellous."

"Room was too hot and, being on the front of the hotel, too noisy. A very efficient fan did help with the temperature. Breakfast was good with efficient service. Good location, 5 minutes walk from Quayside and 15 from the Cathedral and City Centre."
