"Our stay at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel was a mixture of good and bad experiences. We arrived after 4 PM, the advertised check-in time, only to discover our room wasn’t ready. "Limited parking, blocked in when needed to leave. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Poor coffee station in lobby with limited or no supplies. Loud guests at night."

"Front desk was rude, and tried to scam me on parking. When I booked, it clearly stated free self parking. It still shows free self parking. Tried to charge me $25 to park my own car. Tried to charge me for early check in 1 hour early also $25. Money hungry."
