"This hotel was an absolute gem! It’s not the fanciest, but it had clean rooms and an extraordinary view from the balcony. Not to mention all the wildlife I spotted on the premises! "Our trip was amazing. We had a smaller room at the top with ocean views. There was a huge patio shared with 3 other rooms but we mostly had if all to ourselves, because the other rooms were vacant. There was a nice pool downstairs. It was a relaxing ambiance. We saw a lot of monkeys, birds and wildlife. We walked to Manuel Antonio National Park from the hotel as well as the beach. It's also not far to drive to a park called Rainmaker Park & hike to see many waterfalls and wildlife. Highly recommended. Costa Rica is a beautiful place and we loved staying at El Faro Beach Hotel. It was clean and comfortable, had good showers, excellent breakfast choices, & a convenient location. "
