The older building creates some inconvenience with 1) no good place to unload, 2) a number of steps to get to the front door, and 3) a small elevator"

"The property is beautifully decorated, and the location is very good. The room was small, but fine for a few days. Breakfast was lovely although I was not very fond of the coffee. Coffee is also a very personal taste. For the rooms I would suggest a few more amenities. Perhaps a washcloth and a disposable razor. Other than that, I would recommend Hotel Jan anytime to anyone! "

"Staff was very helpful in answering questions , they all spoke English as I don’t speak any Polish. Place was very clean, and modern. It was also very good location, close to Old Krakow and was on the river, which is a nice walk. I would recommend this place.😊"

"Check in was easy. We dropped off our bags and went out to eat. When we came back, the key would not work. We called the front desk and he was not immediately concerned to come help us but ultimately did. He determined the lock to be defective and gave us a new room immediately but said the property technician was gone for the day and we would not be able to get our suitcases out until the morning. After some persistence, he reached out to the tech who arrived within an hour and we were able to...

"The location of this hotel was perfect. 5 mins walk to the main square in the old town. Lots of local restaurants nearby. Staff were freindly and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Buffet breakfast was good and there were subtle changes every day. The bar closed quite early, but that was probably due to demand."

"It is a modern hotel just 20 min by tram in a nice suburb with a huge park behind. Room though small was very practical and very clean. Breakfast superb with lots of choices and great quality. Small suggestion is provide an extra pillow."
