"I was there with my grandsons and we had a wonderful stay with the pool and breakfast it was great the staff was friendly and nice. the place was clean and secure. definitely my place to stay in Chicago"

"Staff was friendly and check in process went smoothly and quick"

"Great Hotel, location is perfect in Chinatown a 2 minutes walk to the train."

"I liked almost everything about my stay EXCEPT the fact that for all 5 nights there was no tv service. Apparently something was wrong with their satellites so the tv was out and some room phones didn’t work throughout both Hilton hotels that were connected. I appreciated that they did offer a dollar amount per day discount when I complained at checkout. The breakfast options were just ok. Otherwise, the rooms and common spaces were clean and updated. The staff were always friendly and helpful!...

"Really disappointed with my stay at the LaQuinta in downtown Chicago. The complimentary drink cards were misleading and the AC kept swinging from hot to cold. I travel a lot for business and I have never been charged an early check in fee. If the room was ready they would allow me to get in. At this hotel I had to pay and obviously the room was ready but only for a price. Front desk interactions were uncomfortable too. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Building is in rough shape."

"The hotel needs updating. Carpet is old and ripped. Bathtub had stains. Found several pieces of long black hair everywhere in the room."
