"Arrived early before check in and was told to wait till 3pm. We waited. 3 came and went. Jose a handyman they left was confused and could not check in any of the upset customers. Lobby was full of spiders and flies, rooms were FULL of flies! AC and heater doesn’t work in the room. There was a new Gatorade in the fridge when I arrived. We did not drink it though. "

"We traveled into Emeryville by Amtrak.. great uber to the hotel The pool & hot tub were bonuses. Breakfast bar had everything you need.. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The young black gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to insure our comfort.. Thumbs up to him! "
