"Furniture was old, some rooms have microwave and coffee pot, some don’t. I needed towels at 5 am, front desk did not have any at the time. The lounge is never opened unless there is a special occasion."

"We booked knowing this was an old property, and we wanted it for that reason. The room in the older building did look a little tired, and the balcony was run down and tired, but it had lovely views. What I didn't know and what detracted from enjoying the balcony, was the loud music that came from below us and lasted until 11:00 p.m. I called the hotel and was told the music "usually ends" around 10:00-10:30 p.m. So, by 10:45, I called again and was told that he would contact the bar. "Liked my stay as room was nice and staff friendly. Room price was very affordable. Room very nice, great shower. Disappointed that free breakfast was not available and the TV did not work. Thank goodness for iPad as internet was real fast."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was relatively clean but there was a crack in the kitchen sink. Also lights were too dull. Hot breakfast buffet was good but no bacon! :) Overall, kids liked it. Places to eat and shop were close by "

"My room never gets cleaned. One time the worker knocked the door while I was sleeping. The following days she never came. I asked the receptionist she said she would send her and no one came. I never asked again and give one star for staff and service. Thanks."
