"During my stay, I encountered several issues that did not align with the price paid for the accommodation: - Facilities: The property is currently under renovation, and only one elevator was functional for all six floors. - Room Condition and Amenities: The decor appeared outdated, and the bed was made with only a sheet. Additionally, there was a brown stain in the shower. - HVAC Issues: Turning on the heat produced a strong, unpleasant odor. Switching to the air conditioner did not...

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The maid service was very good."

"Prostitutes and pimps in the parking lot waiting. I saw with my own eyes a guy pay by the hour. They only accepted cash from them. Walked into the room and there was an open condom rapper on the dresser. I asked for a refund and they said no. Parking is trash. Blocked in for over 5 hours couldn’t get to our car in the morning. Do not stay here."

"A more timely response to messages. I was delayed while traveling in and my guests had arrived. I sent a message via the app to allow my guest to check in which wasn’t honored! They had to wait until I arrived hours later! Unacceptable!"

"The room was pretty clean and comfortable, staff was friendly"

"Staff courteous and professional. Location and amenities what I need. Free parking and breakfast. Bed and pillows heavenly"

"The manager Soma was really professional and helpful, I had a little bit of a situation and he helped me resolve it, all the staff members were helpful! The hotel is of course outdated however my room was clean, no issues for me, from what I understand they are renovating"

"It was a beautiful place to stay"

"This is like my tenth time visiting this hotel. I often visit here when I need somewhere to unwind. Each time feels better than the first time. My teenage daughter loves to hang out here, with me and her best friend . There are plenty of stores, restaurants and a movie theater. It is safe so they shop and hang out. “Hyatt we say”!!!!"

"The beds are super comfortable and the shades made the room dark at night hence we had amazing sleeps. Although we do bring our own pillows :) We didn’t use any amenities except I hung out in the lobby two mornings in a row. It was a little chilly every time someone went in or out but quite comfortable. This is a dog friendly hotel and there were so many little/medium sized dogs wandering around with their owners (always on leash) it was such a joy."

"Jared at front desk was super helpful upon check in and check out. Gave us good food choices. Biggies restaurant is very good with lots of choices. The only bummer part about the hotel is it’s not walking distance to anything because the roads are not safe to walk. Otherwise, I thought the area was safe."

"The front desk supervisor, Justin, was an excellent employee. Very helpful and very nice. Had a great overnight stay with my fiancé and dog."

"Great stay, convenient location"

"Breakfast was all gone when we arrived at 8:30am when they said that the closing time will be 9am."
