"Centrally located and really easy to get to Penn Station. Walkable to Times Square, Empire State Building and 42nd street. Friendly, helpful staff. The rooms aren’t big, but fitted two queen size beds in and we didn’t spend much time in there so were fine for our needs. Most importantly the room and bathroom was clean with essential toiletries and towels refreshed without even asking! Apparently the gym was useful too for my son’s needs. "The rooms were comfortable and larger than your typical NYC room. They could use a refresh in their bathrooms as the tub was cracked and exposed in the corner. The hotel was in a great location away from all the craziness and noise but very close to walk to many locations such as the Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, Times Square, the Flatiron Building, or take the subway which was right on the corner of the same block. The best part was the amazing front desk staff, especially Paul. He was so friendly and made us feel very welcome at our home away from home. And the complementary cookies were an added bonus!"
