"The staff was amazing; knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel is in a great location with respect to historical attractions, subway and travel terminal. Grocery, souvenir shops and Clothing/shoes (Italian) store very close. Room was exactly what is needed; clean and organized.the tv was very large. Breakfast was on point and if there was something you wanted all you had to do was ask and it would appear. I would definite book again for a stay in Rome. Great experience."

"We stayed at Hotel Grifo for the location. We really liked the location, being so close to the Colosseum, and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and cute streets. The lobby and staff were great. Our room was a family room on the top floor, so we had to take the elevator all the way up and then walk up a flight of stairs outside to our room. Our Aircon failed and they fixed it within minutes. Bus stop, metro and main attractions all very walkable. Close to restaurants and gelato! Loved it. Such great value!"
