This hotel was very spacious compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe, and the mattresses were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us. We could walk from the train station upon arrival, and walked to so many of the attractions. Great restaurants nearby as well. I would highly recommend Hotel Virgilio.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, air conditioning and a lift to get up stairs. It's nothing fancy, but all of the basics you need were spot on, especially on those hot days. We would definitely go back.

This hotel and the staff exceeded our expectations. The room was cleaned everyday, without having to ask for cleaning. If we didn't want the room cleaned all we had to do was hang the do not disturb sign on the door. The staff were accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They gave us recommendations on food, Gelato, etc. The breakfast was good, however not a lot of variety. We went towards the end of July, 2026 and the air conditioning was a welcome. It worked wonderfully.

Our stay was very nice. The hotel is clean and in a convenient location. The front desk staff was great and very helpful especially Mattia and Dino. One thing, the rooms and bathroom are spacious and could benefit from more shelving.

The room was spotless, staff was wonderful, especially Matthia/Matthew at front desk. Air conditioning was wonderful in the Rome heat. We were running late in the morning and the staff was kind enough to pack us a boxed to go breakfast with less than 1/2 hr heads up. Very handy to have them hold our luggage too

Faltou Repor o shampoo e sabonete .Ainda bem que levei o meu phebo . Ar gelava pouco pro calor que tava em Roma e eu coloca em 17 graus e nao gelava era mesmo que os 21 . Dormi mal. A localização é boa mas nao é excelente como falam no chat. Eu andei 100 km em 6 dias de Roma .Entao tem que andar sim. Nao é pertinho como li no site.E no final cobraram sim a taxa de turismo paguei 12 euros por dia pra mim e pra minha mulher no total de 72 euros e ainda queriam em efectivo. Nao gostei disso pq o Hotéis não me avisou.Café da manhã é razoável pq aqui no Brasil é bem melhor nos hoteis que fico.

The hotel is perfectly located, 5 minutes from Termini in a taxi and within walking distance of most attractions, or close to public transport. The room was small but perfectly formed, cleaned every day, and the shower was awesome. The staff were very friendly and helpful, ordered taxis for us and advised on transport options. A few minor points detracted but wouldn't prevent us from returning in future. We arrived late on a Sunday evening and felt that the air-conditioning was very energetic and was unable to turn it down, however, the next evening after a full day in the Rome heat and humidity we were grateful for all the energy it could produce. Our room faced into an enclosed courtyard, facing what I assume were residential apartments in various states of repair, but didn't see any one though. Finally, the occupants of the room next to us arrived very early one morning (around 4 am) and were violently ill of which we heard every moment due to their bathroom being adjacent to our bed and the walls having no sound insulating properties, I think they survived.
