"The free breakfast was good. There were plenty of dessert breakfasts, eggs, cereal, toast, etc. good assortment. It was awful getting to this property. Arriving at the train station it seemed like it was a block and a half away. It was much further and first you had to cross the bridge of stairs with your luggage. It would have been nice if they offered instructions for how to get to the hotel and get help with luggage. It was quite a chore."

"The check in was very smooth, location is super convenient 5 min walk to train and bus stations, room is small but clean. Only problem is the mattress making noise when turning over. "

"We took a water bus to the stop and as we disembarked we were worried about how to get to the hotel, and after only walking about 10 steps we saw the front door. Perfect location and great base to walk around the cafes and shops of Venice. I have recommended this hotel to friends planning a trip to Venice next year."

"Very lovely hotel. A bit of a walk to Piazza San Marco, but conveniently located to the Venezia San Lucia train station and the bus station. Beautiful view of the canal from our room. The hotel personnel were so kind and accommodating. My only slight criticism, or rather advice…this was the worst hair dryer on the trip, lol. Of course I waited to wash my hair here. So if you’re like me and don’t wash and dry your hair everyday, and have a fair amount of hair to dry, don’t make this hotel your...

"Great classic Venetian home converted to hotel. Rooms are decorated with classic furniture and Murano chandeliers, clean sheets and comfortable bed. Bathroom needed some work, toilets flush was stuck and kept getting stuck unless you moved the level by hand, bided do not drain it was shut closed level to open it didn’t work, showers bit small and dated."
