Really loud room, it was facing away from the motorway, but nicely has air conditioners (or something) in a court yard outside the window . About 3 hrs sleep. Lady on reception was great though, didn’t get a name, but she was the shiny light in tired old hotel (ask if they’re hiring at the Mercury 😉)"

"Great stay overall. There was plenty to do around Rochester, making it a great location. The only downside was that our room was close to the train station, so it could be a little noisy at times. However, the receptionist was attentive, friendly, and polite, which made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again."
