The George sits at the budget end of the scale but you would be hard pressed to find better value for money in Medway. Good views of the River Medway from our room and no complaints at all.

Pleasantly surprised, made to feel very welcome, lovely bar and reception area. Room was cleam, bright and spacious with a large bathroom. Delicious breakfast with cereal, juice, tea & coffee and a cooked breakfast. Only downside was unable to park at hotel but was easy to find somewhere around the corner.

Convenient location (between Chatham & Rochester), with free customer parking & breakfast included. Nice river view room. Certainly good value for money. However, the room & general facility is rather dated. Uncomfortable bed mattress. Also had a rather noisy neighbour (enjoying rather loud TV until 3am).
