"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned.
Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"For the location and the ambiance, you can't beat this hotel. Fantastic location right next to Columbus circle across from the Lincoln Center. Amazing spot. The pool on the roof is smaller than expected but absolutely gorgeous and the views are without comparison. Our room, however, left much to be desired. It is understandable that most New York City hotel rooms are on the smaller side in my experience, but this was smaller than I expected. And on an extremely hot day, even with the air...

"Very outdated room with small window unit. Cleaning staff would turn off the window unit while we were out exploring so it would be VERY hot/humid when we got back in. (We went in the beginning of June). I will say the location was absolutely perfect. It was right in the theatre district, next to a little bodega and restaurant, and a block from Times Square."

Our original room had broken A/C and they immediately moved us to another room. the following day when I had believed I had left something in the previous room, by their suggestion they took me up to the room to check and look for it.
