"Hice mi reserva y pago por medio de la pagina. Cuando llegue al hotel, me indicaron que no trabajaban con niguna pagina se hoteles y que no tenian mi reserva. Al contactarme con Hotels.com para conentarle el caso me indican que no se pudieron contactar con el establecimiento por lo que no me podian hacer un reembolso. "Recomiendo que hagan silencio. Luego de laraga xaminata en Yaxhá llegamos agotados necesitando dormir pues al dia siguiente nos esperaban 10 hora de manejo hasta Antigua. Iniciaron una fiesta con situación bulliciosa, gritos, música hasta pasada la medianoche. Es una lástima considerando que el entorno es paradisíaco.
