"Nice rooms for the price and very helpful staff"

"Breakfast was really good and the staff were so polite and helpful Room was a very decent size, clean and comfortable. Great location Staff were really what made 5* though"

"While the room itself was serviceable and the breakfast was fine there was one VERY large peculiarity, that a lot of people staying there , including myself, was talking about. There is a floor to ceiling, unfrosted window next to the bed that looks right into the bathroom. From which you can see not just the shower but also THE TOILET!!! It makes for an uncomfortable room share."

"The staff was super helpful and understanding - no matter the hour. The beds were changed and cleaned swiftly, and in time, I didn't even notice it. Rooms were clean and provided enough personal space for everyone. Breakfast was rather good and changed a little every time, which was a fun bonus. The only minuses I can write about are the level of noise that travelled through the windows/walls and the heat in the rooms. Those, however, were not entirely unexpected - the location was around...

"It was clean and modern plenty of seating to relax in. The bar was available for coffee, drinks and snacks. Near the train station and the rooms were clean. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast which was continental catered for all tastes vegan if required. All in all a most pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely go again."

"Convenient hotel, booked via Expedia, staff friendly, Room clean and tidy. Bar, food overpriced, I also encouraged other family members to book, I Left my nighty, they will sent it to me if I provide postage. My only disappointment is I was overcharged by 139.00 should have been pay on arrival? I have just found out I was already charged on booking, without my knowledge, now I have to wait 7/10 days for a refund !!"

"Hotel in good location. Very clean room including bathroom. Tea bags provided as required for the room. Nice restaurant with bar. Parking on site. Overall very happy and would definitely stay again"

"Lovely hotel well located"

"It was clean and helpful staff"

"Brilliant helpful staff always helpful"

"Perfect surroundings, helpful and polite staff around at all times... beautiful grounds, good selection for breakfast highly recommended"

"It was fine for a single night stay, but I wouldn’t stay here longer than that. The room was incredibly small. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and slumped in the middle. They also charge to hold your luggage for an hour, which I’ve not come across in another hotel."

"good"

"Overall, very clean and as described. Decent breakfast and a good price. The team are very friendly."

"Good location near the station. Comfortable room!"
