"Check in was a very long process, stood in line for 35 min and then told my room was not ready, gave us pool passes to start swimming and went back at 7pm and the line was longer, another 45 min. in line and room was still not ready but they had it ready in about 5 min of standing there. I guess a wash machine was down and they had no sheets. room was clean but the pool area is not clean at all. they need to do some serious cleaning of the pools themselves and the windows in the pool area...
