"Great hotel in the heart of Canterbury. Had a cot set up for us on arrival. Bed really comfy and shower great. Breakfast was excellent, highlight being the waffle machines. Parking wasn’t an issue for us as we used the park and ride which took 5 minutes and was a 5 minute walk to the hotel so really convenient and only £4 a day vs £25 a night if parking in the city. "The staff was wonderful. Just one person handling reception, bar, and dining. So way understaffed. Very outdated facility. Bathroom sink didn’t barely drain. Felt as the space wasn’t clean."
