"I only stayed for two nights, and I wouldn't stay for more. The room was dusty, smelled bad and was quite old fashioned. The location was convenient."

"The staff were excellent and we have a lovely room. Breakfast was great too! But the room smelled strongly of mildew & had a musty odor. It was very damp even though outside temps were in the 70s F (~22C). We tried running the dehumidifier for our entire stay and it did not help."

"The location is perfect just a short walk & you are at the Scramble crossing, restaurants, bars etc. I realise rooms are small in Japan but our room was ridiculously too small for 3 nights, maybe ok for 1-2 nights, only one person could walk around the room at a time bed against the wall. I’d go for something bigger. There are water fillers at the elevators which is convenient. Breakfast was good. Staff were ok not overly friendly. The bar there never seemed to be open to guests, only members?"

"The hotel was comfortable and clean. Location was great and right in front of ginza subway line and near the tokyo station. I really appreciated the self service laudry machines they had, came in handy after traveling for a bit."
