"Too far from Narita airport. Next time I’ll use Haneda."

"Property was great. I just wish Expedia included the city taxes in the final price but it's a minor detail. It's hard for tourist to understand why they're being charged extra. But the hotel was nice and we are happy"

"Petites chambres très propres et la présence d’un Onsen est un must."

"The room was tiny, but well organized. And we'd expected it to be tiny! The front was very helpful esp. in helping forward our luggage to the next hotel. The breakfasts were tasty. Location was convenient. The hot ofuro was great. I wish we could have used the stairs (we were on 3F) particularly during the morning congested elevator hour when folks were checking out - we had to wait for several elevators."

"Great location. No coffee in room. No bfast"

"Rooms and bathrooms were extremely small."
